Hope your all having a great weekend!!! I was challenged last night by my friend Anna to use my new Willie stamp!
I had tried several times, but usually just chuckled and put him back. Well, I did it!! I am quite pleased with it too! Probably a little too brad heavy, but that’s okay! lol!
I chose the Rawhide Floral paper because it matches one of his CD covers..can’t remember which one, either Red Headed Stranger or Tougher Than Leather. I printed the sentiment on the computer..unfortunatly I don’t have a stamp like that!

Supplies:
Stamps: Willie
(Viva Las Vegas Stamps)
Ink: Jet Black Stazon, Black Watercolor Crayon, Blush Blossom, Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel
Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Black (Stampin’ Up!)
Designer Paper: Rawhide Floral (Flair Designs) Black Paisley (Autumn Leaves)
Accessories: Linen Thread, Aged Copper Hardware, Sponge, Blender Pen, Pop Up glue dots.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed Willie as much as I do! lol!

WAHOO I can’t believe it’s Friday already! I am so excited!! Anyone else!?
It’s that time again! Trudee, Julia and I are doing a Take 2! This time we are using the Brand New Crate Paper Samantha and the SU set Looks like Spring!
I knew right away that I wanted to use this Red and Blue paper! I LOVE these colors together! SO COOL! I was thinking which color I wanted to do the flower and I saw a piece of So Saffron sitting there. I thought it would be nice! So I embossed the flower with Iridescent Ice on the Saffron then cut it out. I then cut out a blue flower from the paper and layered that and a prima on. Attached them all with a crystal brad!

Supplies:
Stamps: Looks Like Spring
Ink: Versamark and Stazon
Cardstock: Samantha Collections and So Saffron
Accessories: Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder, May Arts Ribbon, Prima, Crystal Brad, Diamond Stickles!

Hello!! Hope your all having a great day!!! I was SOOO excited to use my new Flair Paper last night!!! It’s BRAND NEW, just got it 2 days ago. There are the CUTEST papers in the Beach line! You can see it here!!
I started off this card knowing I HAD to use that crab and cheesecloth! lol! So I lightly stamped the Cheesecloth stamp in Creamy Caramel on the Whisper White Background. I then cut a strips from another paper and cut it up for the stripes on the background. I cut some wavy water paper for the bottom, then ran two pieces of ribbon across the card. Layered the crab on, then added the hardware and sentiment. Finished it off with stickles!
Not too much stamping, but I think the cuteness of the paper makes up for it! lol!

Supplies:
Stamps: Cheesecloth, Warmest reguards
Ink: Creamy Caramel and Brown Stazon
Cardstock: Whisper White and Ballet Blue
Designer Paper: Hit the Beach Line (Flair Designs)
Accessories: Pewter hardware, White Organdy, Crystal Stickles
So I think today were going to go on a swimming pool hunt for the boys!
It’s supossed to be in the low 80’s this weekend, so hopefully we’ll be playing in a little pool! Remember to leave a comment! Were looking for 1000 for my next giveaway!
Thanks for stopping by!

Hope you all had a great weekend!! Mine was great until I burned my thumb on a pizza pan last night! OUCH! I have a line that’s about an inch long on my thumb…not too blistered up yet! So that’s my reminder to be super careful unlike me! lol!
I realized yesterday that I hadn’t used my new Pheobe paper OR my new Bella Brush set yet. So I thought I’d pair them up! I started by cutting 1″ strips of the paper and glue-ing them together. I glued them together on a white piece of scrap paper so they had something to grab onto. I then stamped a Bella Brush background on it with White Craft. It didn’t quite turn out as dark as I’d had liked. Then I stamped the oval and added the ribbon. Then I glued it on the white card. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the Thank you on there.
I stamped 3 flowers with a Bella Brush flower (there’s almost 40 stamps in that set) and sponged on the color. Cut them out and adhered to the card! I finished with the faux stitching…shocking I know…I NEVER do that lol!

Supplies:
Stamps: Bella Brush (Fancy Pants) Warmest Reguards (Stampin’ Up!)
Ink: White Craft, Brown Stazon, Pixie Pink and Green Galore
Cardstock: Whisper White
Designer paper: Pheobe (Basic Grey)
Accessories: Lg. Oval Punch, Paper Piercing Tool, White Gel Pen and White organdy ribbon (Stampin’ Up!)
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Happy Weekend Everyone!!! A friend of mine is due with a baby girl in the next few weeks, so I thought I’d make her a card NOW so I am not scrambling when she’s here!
I just LOVE this Baby Talk set from Stampin’ Up! Not too often I get to use it, so it was fun! The Well Worn Flannel is just so cozy too, I want a blanket that looks like it!
I started by stampin’ the carraige on watercolor paper and coloring it with my blender pen. I outlined it with a Pixie Pink Marker. I then outlined it lightly outlined it with Barely Banana and blender pen to make it jump out! I learned that trick from one of my stampin’ hero’s Trudee. Then I matted it and did some faux sewing and added the ribbon on the handle.
For the background I stamped the flannel in pretty in pink onto whisper white paper. Stamped the sentiment on white and added a pixie pink border. I then connected some pretty in pink with the sentiment and “sewed” it together. When it was all put together I added the prima’s!

Supplies:
Stamps: Baby talk and Well Worn Flannel
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Pixie Pink, Barely Banana and Jet Black Stazon
Cardstock: Pretty in Pink, Pixie Pink, Whisper white and Watercolor Paper
Accessories: Prima’s, Pink Brads, Gingham ribbon, Crystal Stickles, Paper Piercing Tool, White Gel Pen, Pop Up Glue Dots
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you all have a great day!!

Hello!! I was soooo excited to see that the Ways to use it challenge over at Splitcoaststampers was “Heavy Metal” this week! My bud Julia hosts this challenge every Thursday. You can see more here.
I made this card around the ribbon…I just HAD to use it, I love it!
However, my original plan was a disaster! lol. I thought I’d use my hostess set Flowers for a Friend. I’ve only used that MAYBE twice. By the end of the card I had red ink everywhere, I had bent the card putting some brads in …. SIGH… lol. So I tore the brads back out and started again. I hadn’t used Artifacts in AGES, so it was fun to pull it out. Made me sad to remember though, that I lost the cool rod iron looking X sorta thing. Oh well!
This is the first picture I took with my Ott lights. I have a table top one and just got a floor lamp today from Joann’s..they are all half off this week!
It’s awesome!!!!
Here’s my card:

Supplies:
Stamps: Artifacts, Small Script
Ink: Brown Stazon
Cardstock: Real Red, Natural Vanilla and Chocolate Chip
Accessories: Aged Copper Hardware, May Arts Ribbon, Sponge, Vanilla organdy
I’ve been TAGGED!!! By Rachel, Michelle and Trudee!! Thanks ladies!! Never been tagged before!

Morning!!! I was SOOOO excited to make this card last night, because that meant I got to play with my new Crate Paper! YAY!! This is the Baby Bee collection. It’s just so cute!!! I paired it with my new Butterfly Wishes set! I thought the butterflies were so sweet and complimented the paper!
Unfortunatly this is a “what you can’t see” sort of card…MUCH cuter in person! I cut out the flower on the bottom of the car just to add some subtle dimension to it. I am not sure if you can see it, but there’s also a Basic Grey rubon border at the top too! I was going to faux sew…but I feel like I do that a little TOO much lol!
When I was done I thought of my friend Trudee and colored it all with my shakura sparkley pen! :) I love how she makes everything sparkle!

Supplies:
Stamps: Butterfly Kisses
Ink: Bordering Blue, Sage Shadow
Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Sage Shadow …. uh oh…just realized that lol!
Designer Paper: Baby Bee Collection, Crate Paper
Accessories: Basic Grey Rubon’s, Cosmo Cricket Rubon’s, Shakura Gen, Silver Brad
Hope you all have a fantastic day!!
HUGS!
