Hello!! Hope your all having a great day!! I almost completely forgot about the color Almost Amethyst. So I sort-of challenged myself to use it! I had my Creative Memories wavy cutter out and it all fell into place! Love when that happens! The brads are actually “Lilac” from All My Memories, but they matched perfectly with the Eggplant!   Hello!!! I am so excited to be doing another take 2! I think this is just so fun! As always, my dear friends Trudee, Michele and Julia are playing along as well! Click on their names to see their fabulous creations!! This time we chose to use the Stampin’ Up stamp set Be Happy and Romani Paper by Basic Grey! It was easy for me to choose which paper because this one is named Amber, and that’s my sister’s name! So I am dedicating this card to her!! {{Sister  Susie}} lol

  I started by embossing the Well Worn Words with Iridescent Ice on the Pale Plum card. Very pretty when you get it in the perfect light. However, a total pain to glue to! So I had to use the brads to hold it on! lol! The main square is on dimensionals, as well as the flower and the smile that’s on the inside of the card! I also traced around the flower with the Pumpkin Pie marker just to make it pop a little more! Thanks so much for looking and stopping by!! Have a great day! HUGS!!!

Hello and Happy Monday!!! I am soooo excited to share this final PaperCrafts Gallery Idol card with you!!! I spent pretty much all day Saturday doing it! So this is it! This round we had to do a Summer Themed card incorporating lyrics from a song! I used the Seals and Crofts fabulous song Summer Breeze!! The WINNER will be announced Friday!! I’d LOVE your votes!!!! How I made it!

Sand: I Used my Creative Memories wavy cutter to cut a wave in my Kraft paper. Have you used Heat and Stick powder from SU before? You use it like reg. embossing powder, but when it gets hot it’s like a glue. So I applied the versamark, Heat and Stick powder and heated it. Then poured sand on it and headed it one more time for some extra stick! I then drew a line of stickles on it to make it sparkely! Also randomly put stickles throughout all the sand.

For the hammock, I found some netting from Joanne’s and tied the ends with linen thread.

Hello!!! Hope your having a fabulous weekend!! My 2 little guys and I are having horrible allergies lately! I am very sad to know that my boys have hayfever too! My husband is very lucky and isn’t effected at all! WAHOO, he can do the yard work then! lol!!!

I spend all day yesterday making my final PaperCrafts Idol card! I just need to get a picture of it now! I am very excited about it! I will post it tomorrow!! I also made this fun card using my NEW Lizzie Anne Designs stamp set Shapes and Stitches! I love it! I was thinking about my turquoise jewlery again..hence the colors! LOL! I stamped the circles on the main paper off on a piece of paper before stamping on the cardstock to get the different shades of the color. I did that in the 3 colored circles too!
