Well, this feels kind of weird being the first to comment. If I could pick anywhere to visit this summer? I would have to say ANYWHERE I could kick back on a relaxing beach and just do nothing!!! Guess it’s sounds like I need a little “down” time. Thanks again for the chance at the goodies!!!

  2. Natasha Truppon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:32 pm

I’ve always wanted to do the cross-Canada train ride. Start out on the East Coast, and ride first class all the way to Vancouver.

  3. Nancy (crooked river)on 10 Jun 2007 at 4:33 pm

Hi Lindsey! So glad you’re up and running again. I was going nuts with no SCS blogs to read :) Congrats on being published and thanks for the opportunity to win some great candy!

This summer I don’t want to go anywhere but where I’m going, and that’s to Hawaii for the birth of my second granddaughter. I can’t wait for more grandma time!!

    Take care!

  4. florenceon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:35 pm

So glad you are back up again, you were missed. My summer vacation will be spent in Central Florida, plan on having lots of fun.

  5. Lisa Mon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:40 pm

I am soooooo glad your all back up again… :) We missed you.. Besides celebrating my birthday this summer and our 10th wedding anniversay, we’d like to take a small trip to Hershey PA. I’m really looking forward to seeing their flower gardens. :)

    Happy Stamping,
    Lisa

  6. Jackie W.on 10 Jun 2007 at 4:40 pm

Oh, there are too many places - but if we’re dreaming I’m thinking that money isn’t an option - so I’m going to say Australia/New Zealand, since it’s so far away. Thanks for the goodies! Glad you’re back up and running!

  7. DensieLynnon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:41 pm

Oh so glad you’re up and going again! I was on a little break from our moving and tried to take a peek but was so bummed to find that we could not connect and all was down. If I could go anywhere I wanted to this summer it would be to a nice quiet spa with a view of the mountains and plenty of people around just to pamper me should I call out to them - or to leave me alone should I need peace and quiet. *lol*

  8. Charlene Austinon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:51 pm

Yay! You’re back. If I could go anywhere this summer I think I would have to pick Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have never been and I imagine it is beautiful. I have a friend who moved back there from Calgary (where I am) so I have a great reason to go!
You really should come to Calgary…the Stampede is great. Crazy but great!

  9. Tami Grandion 10 Jun 2007 at 4:54 pm

If I could go anywhere it would be back to Greece for a vacation. I’ve gone three times on mission trips but haven’t seen all that I want to see. This year I am going to Romania on a mission trip. I leave this coming Friday!

  10. Barbaraon 10 Jun 2007 at 4:58 pm

What a pain for all you hard workers affiliated with Splitcoast :-( Here’s what I remember posting earlier:

One fun thing I’m doing this summer is taking my husband on a *surprise* 3 day weekend trip for his birthday. He has no idea where we’re going - and I don’t want to spill the beans here, just in case ;-) - I can’t wait to see his face. What fun!

Thanks for the great blog giveaway, Lindsey!

  11. Michelleon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:05 pm

Sorry about the crash, Lindsay! I love the flower stamp. I already took my big vacation of the summer, over Memorial Day, but I am looking forward to a fun shoebox swap in August and possibly a stamp convention. For vacation, I might try to squeeze in an overnight on the central California coast or possibly a spa day!

  12. Julie - jeweleintn scson 10 Jun 2007 at 5:14 pm

I would go on a cruise to Alaska.

  13. Ritaon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:18 pm

I would love to go to a beach, maybe California or Hawaii. I’ve never been to either place and always wanted to go….

  14. Kellyon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:20 pm

    Missed you!
If I could go anyplace… I would go to Convict Lake Resort, Ca.
It is my absolute favorite lake. Great fishing and great martini’s!

  15. Jenniferon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:34 pm

I would love to go to the Galapogos Islands and swim with the giant turtles.
Glad you are back up. WHat a weird weekend it was.

  16. Normaton 10 Jun 2007 at 5:36 pm

On my first comment I said we are going to start working on our patio. But if I had my wish for a “real” vacation, I would head back to Alaska. We went on a cruise and tour trip several years ago and I fell in love. With Alaska that is, my husband already has my heart. But to see the tundra and mountains was breathtaking.
But one can dream and who knows maybe I will be closer to having that dream in
being the chosen one for the candy.
    Norma from British Columbia

  17. Sarahon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:38 pm

So glad everything is back up and running. It’s kinda sad the way computers control our lifestyle!
We usually take our trips in Feb. or May so the next thing I am looking forward to is a stamp show in July.

  18. Pam Clayon 10 Jun 2007 at 5:49 pm

Glad you’re back up and running! If I could go anywhere, I would love to go to Ireland (Shannon is my maiden name). I also would like to sometime do one of those scrapbooking retreat cruises, you know, without the family! hehe!

  19. Pat S.on 10 Jun 2007 at 6:11 pm

    Hi Lindsey!
    I sure am glad you’re back on-line!

If I could go anywhere on vacation, I would choose Hawaii.
I have been to Ohau and the big island, but I would love to explore the rest of those beautiful islands :)

  20. Shannon Gon 10 Jun 2007 at 6:13 pm

We are getting married in September so the majority of the summer is wedding plans, showers and a pj party as a stagette.

    Thanks for the candy.

  21. Linda (LSN on SCS)on 10 Jun 2007 at 6:23 pm

I’ve missed all my favorite bloggers this weekend. Phew…glad that’s over! :-)

We don’t have any plans for this summer. If anything, we’ll enjoy the beautiful state that we live in (Colorado) and maybe get some good camping trips/family time in. I only wish that there was a beach in my future.

    Linda

  22. christina (cmf1216)on 10 Jun 2007 at 6:35 pm

Sorry you have had such a rough time with the *crash*!! Glad things are up and running again! Great goodies — thanks for the chance to win, and congrats on being published! If I could go anywhere this summer, it would be to a spa in the mountains — life’s been a little crazy, and it sure would be great to get away for a long weekend and unwind! I’ve never been on a cruise, so that would be my second choice! :)

  23. Elaine Joneson 10 Jun 2007 at 6:35 pm

I would like to go anywhere this summer that isn’t hot, but probably will stay home for the most part. Thanks for the opportunity to win some blog candy.

  24. Kennaon 10 Jun 2007 at 7:28 pm

I would love to go to Australia or maybe Hawaii. I hope to see both some day! Thanks for the chance to win some goodies!

  25. Kristy Yon 10 Jun 2007 at 7:43 pm

    Vegas baby!

  26. lois laneon 10 Jun 2007 at 7:45 pm

I would go to Myrtle Beach. We usually go there with a fairly large group of people from my church and we aren’t going to get to go this year and it is really depressing me!!!

  27. Dawn Ton 10 Jun 2007 at 7:51 pm

Hmm, as i live in Canada if i could go anywhere this summer, i would love to head to the ocean, sand, cottage, hmmm, listening to the sounds of the ocean crashing.
I would love to spend my time relaxing, reading, taking pictures, walks along the ocean…….heaven! Place: Vancouver Island would work for this.

  28. Allisonon 10 Jun 2007 at 8:15 pm

Well, I won’t be going anywhere (but the Calgary Stampede!)…if I could go somewhere, it would be Hawaii (again!).

  29. Shannonon 10 Jun 2007 at 8:30 pm

I would love for my family to go to San Francisco. Number one, I love it there. I think my family would just love it too. Going to Alcatraz, Fishermans Wharf and a side trip to the Red Woods, just to name a few things to see. And one big plus, it wouldn’t be as hot as it is here in Texas. But, I don’t think we will be making this trip this year.

  30. Adelinaon 10 Jun 2007 at 8:31 pm

I’m sorry you crashed! I was wondering what happened. We’re going camping in the Olympic National Park several times this summer with our daughter!

  31. Julie K in Taiwanon 10 Jun 2007 at 8:37 pm

    Glad you’re back!

Oh, I’d take my newborn and my little girl back to Canada to visit my parents. Hopefully we can go in Feb, but it’ll be soooo cold then!

  32. Sherion 10 Jun 2007 at 9:30 pm

I’m so sorry you crashed! But very glad you’re up and running again. :)

If I could go anywhere…. That’s a toughy! I think if I could, I’d definitely go back to Australia again. I got to go 7 years ago for 2 weeks, and it was not nearly long enough! I’d like to see more of the country, as I only saw the Gold Coast, and Brisbane for 2 days. New Zealand was beautiful and I’d love to go there again too (seeing as I was really only at the airport for 2 hours! ;) )

  33. Elaineon 10 Jun 2007 at 10:05 pm

We would visit our neighbours who are living in France for a while…they are here now because of a family emergency :( Maybe some day we will get there though!

  34. Flexie:0)on 10 Jun 2007 at 10:25 pm

I love going home to MI. and up to the UP to see my aunt and uncle….

And then there is our trip to NV., UT. and AZ. every year. You can not go there and not stop and see the Valley of Fire…

  35. Linda SSon 10 Jun 2007 at 11:21 pm

I recently went on a Hawaiian cruise, but other than going to the lake, I don’t have plans for summer. I avoid travelling in the summer because of crowds. The next vacation I hope to take will be to Disneyland with my 5 yr. old granddaughter.

  36. Crystalon 11 Jun 2007 at 12:19 am

thanks for beeing back in my computer life:] i missed you sooooo much! this summer will be spent with family, and little one day trips around ohio.thanks for all your hard work that you put into your blogg.smiles crystal

I don’t care what time of year it is, I’ll go back to Ireland any day!! I’ve been several times over the last 35 years (yikes, has it been that long???), so have seen the “old” and the “new” Ireland. Either way, it’s a great place to go. Glad you’re back up. You suffered more than we did. Maybe we should be sending you candy…. Nah!

  38. Ellen Suttonon 11 Jun 2007 at 4:34 am

Oh my, glad you all are back up! I wondered what happened to the blogs this weekend. We are set to spend a week at St. Augustine Beach, Florida! I can’t wait! We go every year with 5 cousins and their kids. This year 2 of our friends are also going at the same time so we will be there with 16 other adults and 24 kids age 1 to 20!! My 3 boys always have such a good time!

Thanks for the great blog and the goodies!!

Orlando - Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Sea World!!

  40. doverdion 11 Jun 2007 at 4:50 am

So glad that you are up and running again. I had wondered what happened to the blogs over the weekend. What a bummer!

If I could go anywhere, where would I go. Hmmm! Since I live in a tourist resort town in Ontario, Canada and 1 1/2 blocks from the beach going to the beach isn’t a big thrill for me. I’m actually quite content to just stay home in the summer and enjoy the sunshine & warm weather. In the winter months, I’d go anywhere warm, Hawaii, Florida, California or even a nice cruise. I hate winter & cold weather. lol

  41. Lori Mon 11 Jun 2007 at 4:58 am

This year we are taking our first “big” family vacation, all 5 of us are going on a cruise!!!! A dream vacation in our opinions! We are taking an Eastern Carribean cruise to St. Thomas, Turks and Puerto Rico. So very exciting!
Thanks for the chance to win such awesome goodies!!

  42. Melissa (SCS: stampin_melissa)on 11 Jun 2007 at 5:01 am

Oh my! What a crash it was! Thanks so much for offering this wonderful blog candy, it is so very sweet of you! As for where I would like to go in the world it would have to be Australia! There just seems to be so much to see there!

  43. Nicki Lundeenon 11 Jun 2007 at 5:07 am

If I could go anywhere this summer it would be on a cruise anywhere! I love the relaxation on a cruise - and there are no worries - just fun and relaxation. I would definitely want to go somewhere tropical - maybe Eastern Caribbean.

  44. Christine Hauckon 11 Jun 2007 at 5:22 am

If I could go anywhere this summer….I would take my family to Oregon and Washington. My husband’s brother and sister live out there. With four young children we can’t afford to fly and the prospect of driving out there…well let’s just say no thank you. Anyway it does make me sad that the kids never see their cousins. I would love for them to really know each other. Maybe someday…but not this summer.
    Chris

  45. Jayneon 11 Jun 2007 at 5:28 am

Love your blog! Thanks so much for sharing. If I could go anywhere? So many possibilities…possibly to British Columbia, Canada. I have heard that it’s absolutely beautiful and I’d love to see Vancouver.

  46. Megan Olsenon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:14 am

Awesome, awesome blog candy! If I could go anywhere this summer, it would be to Europe (esp. Paris & London). Maybe someday!

  47. SusanHon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:28 am

    Aren’t crashes the pits??

No big plans this summer. I am going to my little hometown in NC (Concord) on June 30 to watch/follow The Great Race (it’s a timed race of old cars that the History Channel puts on every year). My dad loves old cars and I kind of do too, so we’re going to watch the big kickoff and follow the cars to their first stop in Spartanburg, SC.

  48. peggon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:31 am

Wow what a fun giveaway! This summer, we are going to the Netherlands and Belgium for our vacation. Can’t wait to getaway — maybe I’ll be able to find some cool stamp stores abroad! Thanks for the chance!

  49. jodeneon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:33 am

That is a easy question for me. If I could go anywhere this summer I would go to Disney World. LOVE LOVE LOVE Disney and have never been. My husband and I didn’t win the lottery on Saturday so I guess it won’t be this summer. LOL Thanks for the chance.

  50. Reginaon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:40 am

What a nice give-away! We’re getting ready to redo our kitchen, so vacation will be local. Probably just a few days to feel sane in the midst of our transformation project. I live in southeastern Massachusetts, and am very blessed to have Cape Cod close by. Any day at the beach is good day for this girl!
    Thanks for the opportunity!

  51. Lauraon 11 Jun 2007 at 7:00 am

Mmmm, I would go back to Hawaii right now. I spent a summer there a few years ago, and was proposed to on my favorite beach at dusk!! :) (Of course I said yes … tee hee.)

  52. Julie Masseon 11 Jun 2007 at 7:23 am

Glad you ‘re back!! I guess I would say I’d love to either go on a cruise to Bermuda, to Hawaii to visit my brother-in-law or Thailand to visit the other brother-in-law. They get to have all the fun! :)

  53. Barb T. Scs name btexpress)on 11 Jun 2007 at 7:30 am

Glad the blogs are back up!

I missed you this weekend when I do my most extensive blog reading! If I could go anywhere I want to visit China. I want to see the temples and tea gardens. This is on my list of things to do when I retire. Right now it’s the beach with the kids.

  56. Donnaon 11 Jun 2007 at 8:21 am

great question! I think it would be somewhere I’e never been & would like to go - India! DH & I love the culture!

Oh what a wonderful, wonderful give-away! I love your card with the Anna rubber!

  58. Dana Vitekon 11 Jun 2007 at 8:37 am

I’d have to say New Zealand. Or Iceland. Or maybe Nantucket! Nantucket may be the only one that’s doable, but a girl can dream, right?!

  59. Martyon 11 Jun 2007 at 8:43 am

I would love to go to Paris or the Provence area of France- would love to see and smell those fields of lavender!

  60. KayellWYon 11 Jun 2007 at 9:02 am

That crash really bit a lot of people, didn’t it? I love the card you made with your Whipper Snapper stamp and Daisy D paper! I like that look! Make good memories on your trip. :)

  61. Nicoleon 11 Jun 2007 at 9:06 am

    Sorry about the crash.

If I could go anywhere this summer it’d probably be the Canadian East Coast - I live in BC, so that’s a little too far away for me to afford the trip, but I’ve heard it’s a nice place to visit.

  62. Jen Allenon 11 Jun 2007 at 9:11 am

i did miss all the scs blogs while you were crashed…glad everything is up and running!! oh, and thank you very much for stopping by my humble little stampin’ spot!! it made my day!

well, for this summer, my husband and i are going to catch a couple of shows in london next week!!:) he has to go for work for a few days, we found someone to watch our kids…and we’re off!!:) we’ll be seeing wicked (my favorite show on the planet) and mary poppins. since we are living in germany right now, our summer adventures will include many european adventures…wow…it seems so crazy to say that!!

    anyway, have a great one!!

  63. Cathyon 11 Jun 2007 at 9:28 am

I would LOVE to go to SU convention in Hawaii!! That sounds like to much fun. Great place to go and even do what you love to do STAMP. Sound like the ideal vacation to me! Love the sweet candy you are offering to your readers. Great blog you have, love your artwork. Thanks for a chance.

  64. lacyquilteron 11 Jun 2007 at 9:30 am

Well, aren’t you a sweetie and it wasn’t even your fault. No vacation plans, but I plan to drool all over my new SU catalog and hopefully will have some money to spend on it.

  65. Melanieon 11 Jun 2007 at 10:25 am

Summers are great here, so I don’t want to go anywhere in the summer, except to go camping!!! Kind of get tired of winter, so we’ll have to go somewhere then.

  67. Jan Schollon 11 Jun 2007 at 11:15 am

If I could go anywhere, I think I would love to go watch a shuttle launch in Florida-but if it were in South Dakota, I would go there too. I just like the space progam a lot. Now I am home all summer by myslef-hubby is in China and Korea and its just me and the furries. WHich is fine with me.

  68. Jill Con 11 Jun 2007 at 11:57 am

wow, quite the weekend! If I could go anywhere this summer, I would pop back home to Colorado for my friend’s 30th birthday party. Unfortunately work gets in the way of even that. So I will just stick with my original vacation plans for July which include a 7 day cruise to Alaska. So excited!! Hope you have a great summer and week!!

  69. April Hallon 11 Jun 2007 at 12:03 pm

Great candy! If I could go anywhere in the world, right now it would be to go back to upstate New York to visit my family. It’s been ages since I have seen my grandma and her new husband………that’s where I would want to go!

  70. Lyndaon 11 Jun 2007 at 12:09 pm

  74. Peggy Maieron 11 Jun 2007 at 2:35 pm

Glad you posted again about losing the responses (mine included)! I’d like to go to Norway - I’d like to see this beautiful country, esp. the area my great-grandparents were from(in the Fjord area). I’ve read a lot about it, but haven’t had the opportunity to go.

  75. Kimmieon 11 Jun 2007 at 2:50 pm

That sucks about the crash!! It was a bad one!! We’ll be spending most of our summer in our backyard, on the deck and in the pool. Since we went to Florida in Feb., we won’t be goin’ too far!! But maybe a weekend trip to Niagara Falls again, that’s always fun!!

  76. Amieon 11 Jun 2007 at 2:58 pm

  77. Regina Davison 11 Jun 2007 at 3:43 pm

  83. Melissa Rothon 11 Jun 2007 at 5:00 pm

Hi…I’m sorry you had a crash, I hate when that happens. My 5th anniversary is in August so we are going to Montana to stay in a lodge and go white water rafting. Thanks for a chance at blog candy.

  84. Kristina Lewison 11 Jun 2007 at 6:00 pm

Hello! I’m sorry about the computer crash. If I could go anywhere I would go to Walt Disney World in Florida. Even with the summer heat, I am a kid at heart and LOVE it there! Second place would be Cape Cod. Thanks for the great blog candy!

  85. Kristineon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:02 pm

  86. Robbieon 11 Jun 2007 at 6:09 pm

Wow, I didn’t realize when Splitcoast crashes you loose all your info. What a bummer.

I can’t really answer this one as I am going where I would go if I could go anywhere. I am headed to Hawaii after the Stampin’ Up convention to see my oldest daughter. It has been 8 months since we last saw her and it will be fun to spend time with her. My youngest daughter is going also. Look out for quite a few late night gab sessions. I am so looking forward to this trip!

I like to go north when it’s summer, so camping in Upper Michigan (lower and U.P) is my favorite.

My dream places to visit would be Australia, and Hawaii, which I could handle going to any time of the year…ha, ha!

Sorry that your blog crashed. Glad that you are back. If I could go anywhere this summer, it would be the British Isles. Right behind that would be New England so that I could contra dance all summer!

If I could go anywhere this summer, I would go Denver for convention. Alas, it’s not in this year’s budget, but a girl can dream, can’t she? Sure missed SCS and all the blogs while they were down!

Hi Lindsey! What a fun give-away! We dont’ travel much, so the thought of being able to go anywhere is mind-boggling!!! LOL!!! I would just like to go somewhere relaxing where I didn’t have to do any cooking or housework — LOL!!! And, WOW, I can’t believe someone 3 posts above said they’d like to come to the U.P. of Michigan!!!

  93. kimberlyon 12 Jun 2007 at 3:42 am

Actually, I’m in Grand Bay, AL right now, visiting my lovely sister and her family and spoiling her new baby. It’s a blessing to be here! My hubby and I have 4 fantastic kiddos, but need a little alone time once in awhile. I hope to find a weekend away this summer with just him (anywhere would be great!)

    Hi Lindsey!
    I sure am glad you’re back on-line!

If I could go anywhere on vacation, I would choose Yellowstone National Park.
I have never seen the grand canyon, or anything else in that part of the country!

  98. Lynn Mercurioon 12 Jun 2007 at 6:13 am

Happy to see you back! We sure missed everyone while things were ‘wonky’. I would say that if I could go anywhere, I would choose Italy. I’ve always wanted to visit…not sure if I’ll ever make it, but that’s my dream.

  99. Michelle Ron 12 Jun 2007 at 7:15 am

Oh, great blog goodies…I am totally in love with the Lizzie Anne sets but new stamps are not in the budget right this minute! If I could go anywhere this summer…hmmmm, I would love to go to Hawaii with my husband and son, that would be paradise.

  101. Kirsion 12 Jun 2007 at 8:08 am

I would travel to USA and bring few extra suitcases with me to fill up with all those cool papercraft and stamping supplies you have available over there.

  102. Kisa Peterson 12 Jun 2007 at 8:45 am

Glad you are back up and running again - as well as Splitcoast! Hmm.. for this summer I would love to have the time to go somewhere for more than just a day, unfortunately that won’t happen much! We do have a weekend camping trip planned. I’m not too sure how I feel about this - I haven’t really camped for YEARS (since I was a little kid) and my husband was never a camper, but for the kids we are going to try it! Oh - what we will do for the kids!! Of course, if I had a choice, time, and money, etc., I’d go somewhere HOT and tropical! Perhaps I will just change my screen on my computer to give a little feel of a tropical vacation!

  103. Catherine Levyon 12 Jun 2007 at 9:11 am

I would love to goto Newfoundland in the summer to see my birthfather again and his family, they haven’t met my 2 other children yet.

Hey Lindsey!! Congrats on being published and thanks for the chance to win some great candy! If I could go anywhere, I’d choose the little cabin on an island I used to visit when I was growing up… just the way it was waaay back then! Know where I can find a time machine?? :)

  112. Amberon 12 Jun 2007 at 3:04 pm

If I could go anywhere this summer - I would go to Italy - especially Florence. I would see The David, visit the Ponte Vecchio, and dine at the most exquisite restaurants. And of course, the hilight of my trip would be the best gelateria on the planet - Vivoli.

  114. JoAnnon 12 Jun 2007 at 6:24 pm

I was really bummin’ without SCS….so glad everything’s back to normal. If I could go anywhere this summer, it would be to DisneyWorld in Orlando. We went there this past spring, and had such a blast! The kids loved every moment of it, and so did we!

  115. Carolyn Sharkason 12 Jun 2007 at 7:31 pm

I would love to go to the Seattle Washington area, it is so beautiful there, and you can make a quick day trip to Victoria, or to Vancouver. I lived there for 8 years and I miss it so much. I moved back home to Florida and it is so different here, and so hot. Funny I didn’t noice it as much when I was growing up. I will probably end up in the Keys for our vacation this year, though. That is an awesome quick vacation for us.

Lindsay, you’ve been missed! If I could chose, I would go to Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona. We’re going to Arizona next month but unfortunately to Tucson to visit the in-laws and can’t squeeze in any “relaxing time”. I just love the atmosphere at Camelback, pure relaxation! Great blog candy!

If I could go anywhere….it would be Australia with my honey….something we have always talked about. I would love to see the different parts of the Down Under-sounds romantic and exciting.

The one place I would love to go is Brazil. My son is about to serve a two year mission for our church there. I am going to figure out a way to make money while he is gone so when he gets back we can all go back there. Have a great day and thank you for the opportunity to enter.

    Hi Lindsey,

If I could go anywhere it would be back to Trunk Bay, St. John USVI. It is the most gorgeous beach I’ve been to, but to be honest any beach will do …

    Great goodies you’re offering up!!

  129. ematsonon 13 Jun 2007 at 12:45 pm

Wow, if I could go anywhere I think I would just like to spend the summer at the cabin enjoying the sunshine and lake and loons! Now if I could just pack up my stamp room and take it with me!

  130. Heather Leechon 13 Jun 2007 at 12:47 pm

Since we went on a cruise to Mexico in March, we’re not going anywhere this summer. But if we won the lottery and could afford another trip it would be to Australia (Adelaide) as I have a dear friend that lives there. It would also be a wonderful experience for my kids (12 and 15 yrs. old).
    Thanks!!
    Heather L.

I know what you mean about Calgary Stampede! It is awesome. Backpacked my way across Canada from Montreal to Vancouver, then to Seattle where we took the Alaska marine Hwy,then to Yukon Territory, then the Canadian Pacific railway back to Montreal - with many stops along the way. That was a fabulous 6 week trip! I think I would choose to do that trip again, since that was 30 years ago,to see how much things changed.

    Congratulations on your published artwork.

    I sure am glad you’re back on-line!

If I could go anywhere on vacation, I think I would choose Albuquerque, but it has to be the first week of October. That’s when they host the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta…over 800 hot air balloons participate each year!

  136. Julieon 13 Jun 2007 at 5:02 pm

I haven’t been on a vacation since my honeymoon — 8 years ago!!! So going ANYWHERE would be great to me. :)
