Happy Friday everyone! WOW this week went by soooo fast! I am going to Jackson next week, I cannot WAIT!!! I am taking the boys and my mom. She’ll have a birthday there so I am trying to get prepared so I can take it up with us. This is the card I made for her!

I had completely forgotten that we could order the hostess SU stamps. I just HAD to get this one! WAHOO!

I started by inking the stamp with the Moss and Lavender marker. Then I added touches of the Eggplant. After I stamped it, I made a few more places a little darker with the Eggplant marker and stamped the Itty Bitty’s on it. I used the rock and roll technique for the HB. Good Morning!! I was so excited to see that the ways to use it challenge was swirls today!! How fun! I was really excited to use my Pollen Dust Stamp Set by Fancy Pants. BUT I didn’t realize I covered up most of my swirley’s with the flowers! (rolling eyes at self lol) Oh well! I was dissappointed in how this card was photographing last night…just know it is much better in person! lol!

I started by embossing the swirlies in white on the polka dot paper. Then I embossed one of my Daisy’s in white on blue paper. Then I stamped a blue flower on white paper, cut out and adhered them. The white one is on pop up glue dots for dimension.

Happy Tuesday everyone!! I did a bit of cleaning this weekend in my stamp room and found a bag of Tres Jolie I had bought a few months ago! lol. So I just had to use it! I just got my new Lizzie Anne Designs set Daisy Dots and thought it would go great together! I love matching patterned paper to the SU colors, because sometimes it gives you very different color combo’s and I love that! Don’t think I would have normally paired these together, or one before was pumpkin and pale plum!

Hello!! Happy Monday everyone!! So nice to have our blogs back! Anyone do anything fun this weekend? We went fishing on Saturday, it was a blast! We didn’t catch anything but sure had fun trying! I also made this card! I wanted to use my Whipper Snapper Anna stamp with my new Daisy D paper I got a week or so ago! I love the way this turned out! I don’t know if you can see it but I lightly stamped the weathered stamp on the background paper.

   Hello!!! I can’t even TELL you how much I look forward to doing these Take 2 challenges with my friends Michele, Trudee and Julia!!

This time we desided to use our Lizzie Anne Designs Stamps and Cosmo Cricket Paper!!  These are my 2 favorite things right now! I cannot put down my Lizzie stamps! I just can’t! lol. I was SO excited when Michele and Trudee got their stamps knowing we could use them as a Take 2! lol! And Cosmo Cricket…where do I begin! EVERY line they have out…it’s just incredible. I couldn’t design a more “Lindsey” -ish paper if I did so myself! So I cannot WAIT to see what they’ve come up with too!!

Sad news…the Cosmo Cricket Wonderland line has been discontined! I just found this out when I went to order more the other day. So when it’s gone in my store, it is gone. I am already out of the Holiday Cheer paper. I am sure they will come up with another stunning line to replace it though!

Hello!!! Sometimes when I stamp it’s because I want to use a particular stamp. Sometimes it’s because I want to use a certain paper. This time it was both! I was looking through my Stella Ruby pack and it hit me that this stamp from Hampton Art would match perfectly!! So there it was!! It was SO hard not to put a tab on, or faux sew though.
