Hello!! Sorry I don’t have anything to share with you this weekend. We had an Open House here yesterday, and are today as well, so I couldn’t make a mess! (It’s so hard trying to keep your house spotless! lol) I did however post 3 boxes of goodies that arrived Friday in my store!! Hello!! Happy Friday! WAHOO, this week just flew by!! It’s my sister Amber’s birthday today!! Happy Birthday Am!!! (We call each other Susie…long story lol) She’s in the air right now heading to San Fransisco. Wish I could be there! This is her birthday card I made for her! This darling little girl is about the same age as my Austin, she’s the granddaughter of my mom’s friend.

I started off going in a total other direction with this card. I REALLY wanted to use my birds on a branch stamp, but couldn’t find it…so I tried another owl, that wasn’t working..then I actually walked away for a bit. Finally I thought HEY! Usually I do the Wine and Cheese “non” pink, so that’s do that! lol. I like how it turned out. I hope you do too!!

Hello!! I got to post the Ways to Use it challenge for Julia on Splitcoaststampers today! It’s always fun to do! This week we are using flowers! You can see the post HERE. I know that I didn’t do anything spectacular with my Prima’s, but I did use them, so it counts! lol! Of course I HAD to use my new favorite Maybe Baby Collection! Speaking of Valentines Day. I had planned on going to Archivers tomorrow with my mom (it’s my birthday tomorrow, and it’s become a tradition) AND I got an email today saying they have lots of new Valentines Day stuff in there!! YAY! I cannot wait to buy more stuff that I need like I need a hole in the head! I remember last year it was snowing SOOO hard on the way down there, but the forcast this year is cold and sunny..I’ll take it!

This is a card that I made for my Black and Blue color challenge! I’ve been wanting to make a black and blue card for so long, with no time. So I made it into the challenge so I’d HAVE to make one! I used my new American Crafts paper that I love so much!! I just love the pinstripes. Before I adhered the pinstripe paper, I sprayed it with the New Robin’s Egg Glimmer Mist! It looks super shiney in person!
