Nuts about you!

Happy Wednesday! It is SO hard to believe that Thanksgiving is a short week away! I was looking through my darling Hampton sets looking for something that would would fit in with the holiday. These stamps come from the Patchwork Pals set. I just love it. I’ve used it quite a bit! I hope you enjoy!

As he points out, looking good and feeling healthy in the long term involve following a healthy diet, drinking a lot of water and continuing to work out regularly. Although the next month is important, don’t just stop after the four-week plan is over – this programme is a great way to help improve your fitness level and get your routine back on track, not just for summer but throughout the year.

We’ve been working hard over the last several weeks on building strength in the back squat, doing 5 sets of 3 and trying to add weight each week – and so now it’s time to start a little deload on the squats to lead up to a re-test! Today we will be doing 3 sets of 3, next week we will be doing 2 sets of 3, and then we will be re-testing! You guys have been working hard on those back squats and we are excited to see that hard work pay off with some PR’s in the coming weeks!
